You matter project

 Gwens House facilitates a faith based community service project called "You Matter Project" formerly known as "I AM Not Wasted".  This project provides a fun creative artistic pro-social activity for incarcerated women + Gwens clients/volunteers.   We've married recycling and sobriety promoting ladies to "STAY SOBR"  and to stay "NOT WASTED".    We up-cycle raw materials such as vinyl billboards,  seat belts,  bicycle chains to create unique totes, baby bibs, dog mats, dog leashes and jewelry.  We also create tshirts, masks, keychains.  We introduce an entrepreneurial skill set by teaching the ladies how a business operates.    All proceeds from our creations support Gwens nonprofit operations.
